DELIVERY: We aim to deliver all orders including overseas within 7-14 working days from clearance of funds. Small parcels weighing under 2kg are shipped via Royal Mail airmail (delivery time 7-14 days for airmail deliveries) larger orders over 2kg are sent by courier and reach our customers within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS: Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you’ve had a change of heart you must return it to us unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM: Simply email us with the item and reason for return and we will supply you with relevent return address.

RETURNING AN ITEM: We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. As you are responsible for returning the item to us we recommend sending the package by recorded/special delivery and insured up to the value of the item.

PAYMENTS: All checkout payments are processed by Paypal. Paypal is a safe & secure server. You can also check this is secure by looking for the padlock icon on your internet browser. All payments are taken instantly.

REFUNDS: Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase and only applies to the item(s). Refunds due to no stock or unable to meet your timescale will be refunded in full. Our delivery charge in your original order is NOT REFUNDABLE if an item is being returned. Delivery charges incurred in sending items back to us are non refundable unless the item is proven to be faulty. Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition including product packaging, instructions, etc, otherwise we are unable to refund you. Products that are in plastic sealed packaging must be completely sealed and unopened. Please be aware that in the event of having to refund you for any reason this can take up to 30 days to show on banking/credit statements however we always act upon refunds very quickly and we don't hold the money in this period. This timescale is controlled by your banking/credit company.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: By submitting your order you are confirming to buy the goods at the prices and the terms stated and are allowing us to use your details for the purpose of supplying the goods including, passing your details onto our nominated carriers and other third party subcontractors. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your prior consent. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and providing the item(s) are in stock. DELIVERY ADDRESS: If for any reason you or any person at the delivery address refuses to accept the delivery of the products, all risk for the products shall pass to you and we may, at our discretion charge for return of the products to us, a storage fee and a redelivery fee to another address nominated by you. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full. All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply the particular item that you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. Sometimes stock may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfil an order due to products being out of stock, withdrawn or discontinued. By submitting your order you are accepting the shipping and handling costs.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY: To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted by our secure paypal server. We do not store your card details on our server and they are used only once to authorise your transaction. We can’t see any of your card details.

OTHER:  We will use all reasonable commercial efforts to meet your delivery dates. However we do not guarantee delivery dates. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. We will not and cannot be held responsible for items arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances out with our control, i.e. postal strikes, force majeure etc.
